Assistant Manager - Admin

Key responsibilities:

• To liaison and interact with government authorities based on operational for legal and statutory regulations.
• Understanding the Government Practices, rules, subsidiaries and regulations of Panchayat, District, State and Central.
• Prepares special reports and analyses as required for future laws and regulations
• To work with Tata CSR team for the wellness/protection of community health Hygiene, provide prosperous growth support of surroundings/Local in compliance with local, state, and National regulations.
• Create a good relationship with all Government bodies and authorities to enhance the plant goodwill and to help on ongoing future activities
• Manage entire employee life cycle for the BU from on-boarding to employee separation.
• Deploy employee engagement initiatives, capability building and wellness.
• Monitor and ensure 100% compliance to applicable labour laws and achieve NIL non-compliance in the internal compliance portal.
• Ownership of HRMS. Ensure correctness and accuracy of employee data, MIS and analytics.
• To manage deployment of contract staff at the factory in adherence to laid down process and applicable statutory compliance.
• Responsible for overall Plant Administration activities.

Experience: Candidate with 6-10 years of experience in Manufacturing HR Admin with good compliance knowledge and liaising experience.

Qualification: Post graduate degree in Human Resources from a reputed institute / university
