Position: Sales Manager - Kitchen & Modular Division

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our kitchen & Modular division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and developing strategic initiatives to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the kitchen division.
2. Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
3. Set sales objectives and performance metrics for the team.
4. Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions.
7. Oversee the development of proposals, presentations, and contracts.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
9. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
10. Analyze sales data to identify patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the kitchen or home improvement industry.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
