Position: Manager - Sales
Position Overview:
Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, developing key client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets in the bathware industry. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, team leadership, and market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Develop and Execute sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
b. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
c. Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets in collaboration with senior leadership.
d. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
e. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance team skills.
f. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and distributors etc.
g. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities and campaigns.
h. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
i. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
j. Work closely with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
k. Develop forecasts and budgets to guide decision-making processes.
l. The position requires frequent travel to meet clients, attend industry events etc.
