Job Summary:

The Manager - Sales & Design (Interior Designer/Architect) is responsible for driving sales growth while providing professional interior design solutions. The role combines a keen understanding of sales strategies with a creative approach to design, ensuring client satisfaction and business success. This dual role requires a proactive individual who can manage client relationships, lead sales initiatives, and execute innovative interior design projects.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets by Identify potential clients and build a strong pipeline of leads.

2. Present and promote interior design services to prospective clients & build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

3. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.

5. Work closely with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns.

6. Provide expert advice on design trends, materials, and finishes.

7. Create innovative and practical design concepts tailored to client requirements. Develop design presentations to communicate ideas effectively.

8. Oversee the implementation of design projects, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.



Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and meet revenue targets.
  • Good verbal and written communication to engage clients and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sales and design projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in sales and Interior designing.
  • Good knowledge of 2D & 3D and other related & relevant software.
