Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key corporate clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to expand account revenue through cross-selling and up-selling, customizing solutions to meet client needs.
- Drive account growth by creating tailored strategies aligned with client goals and Radiants product offerings.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand needs, gather feedback, and provide strategic insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure smooth implementation and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and Radiant's products to add value to client engagements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, with a strong preference for experience in FMCG or consumer appliances sectors.
- Proven track record in managing corporate clients, meeting sales targets, and driving client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on customer needs and business growth.
