Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Unsecured Sales Executives - MSME to join our sales team. This role involves identifying, acquiring, and managing MSME customers (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) who need unsecured loan solutions. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and is driven to achieve targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify potential MSME clients, engage with them to
understand their financial needs, and offer unsecured loan products tailored to their
business requirements.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively source new business through various channels,
including referrals, cold calling, networking, and attending local business events.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company, ensuring continuous growth in the customer base.
Documentation & Process Adherence: Ensure all necessary documentation and compliance checks are completed as per company policies and regulatory requirements.
Product Knowledge & Upselling: Stay up-to-date with product offerings and market trends
to offer the best possible solutions to customers.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor personal sales performance, including the
incentives earned, and track productivity over the last 6 months.
Requirements:
Experience: Freshers (0-1 year) to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial
products, loans, or MSME lending. Experience in unsecured loan sales is a plus.
Skills:
o Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
o Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
o Basic arithmetic skills to assess loan products and customer profiles.
o Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.

o Target-driven and results-oriented approach.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
o Self-motivated and proactive in meeting goals
