Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Secured Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in microfinance, small finance, or financial services, with a focus on secured loan products such as Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). This role requires an individual who is highly driven, results-oriented, and capable of building strong customer relationships. As part of our fast-growing company, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the market and contributing to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire customers for secured loan products such as Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, online platforms, and direct outreach to customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with
customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels. Serve as the primary point of
contact for customer queries and support.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the
companys growth and expansion goals.
Product Knowledge & Upselling: Stay informed about market trends and the companys
product offerings to effectively upsell relevant services and cross-sell additional financial
products.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure proper documentation for all loan applications and
maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Performance Tracking: Monitor your sales productivity and incentives, providing regular
updates on targets, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and credit risk, to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in microfinance, small
finance, financial services, or secured loan products like Home Loans and LAP.
Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
o Ability to work with basic arithmetic for loan product calculations and customer
profiling.
o Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
o Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.

Mindset:
o Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
o Strong customer orientation with the ability to understand and address customer
needs.
o Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
