Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive helps the marketing team with everyday tasks to promote the company's products. The Marketing Executive supports the marketing team in planning and implementing. The role focuses on promoting the companys products or services, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales. The Marketing Executive will be involved in market research, managing customer relationships, and analyzing how well the marketing efforts are working.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research:

• Research what customers like and what competitors are doing.
• Help the team understand what works best to reach customers.

2. Customer Communication:

• Help send out emails to customers, like newsletters or special offers.
• Assist with customer follow-up and support.

3. Collaboration with Sales & Other Departments:

• Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor marketing efforts to support sales goals. This includes providing sales teams with lead-generation content, promotional materials, and relevant market data.
• Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate with design, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing materials are accurate, up-to-date, and meet customer expectations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, or something similar.
• Experience: 1-2 years in marketing (or internships).

• Skills:
• Good at writing and communicating.
• Can use tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
• Organized and able to handle different tasks at the same time.
