Join our team as a Pneumatic Technician and be a key part of maintaining and troubleshooting our fully automatic pneumatic machines.The responsible person will be fulltime employee based in Hyderabad.Primary requirements will be operation, maintanance and troubleshooting of fully automatic pneumatic machines.
Role & responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic machinery.
- Ensure minimal downtime by conducting preventive maintenance activities.
- Analyze machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure machinery operates at optimal capacity.
- Comply with safety regulations and ensure machinery is safe for operation.
- Train junior staff on machine operations and maintenance.
- In trouble shooting of Pnrumatic and Hydraulic machine.
