Billing Executive

Greetings from RAD Resources.

A reputed Jewellery Store is looking for a Billing Executive (Male) with minimum 2yrs experience in Jewellery field having the knowledge of Smart Jewellery software.

Salary: 25-28,000 per month

Timings: 10:30 AM to 8.30 PM

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

Working Days: 6 Days

Responsibilities:

• Generating invoices: Creating invoices daily for retail orders
• Operating POS software: Using POS billing software for customer orders
• Customer service: Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and selling the right product
• Data accuracy: Collaborating with teams to gather billing information and verify data accuracy
• Customer inquiries: Handling customer inquiries
• Safety: Ensuring the safety of jewellery displayed to customers and reporting any abnormal incidents to superiors
• Store knowledge: Acquiring knowledge of all sections of the store, including billing, cash, OMS, and packing

Requirements and skills:

• Graduate
• Basic computer operating skills and knowledge of ERP software for recording bills
• Excellent math ability and strong computational skills
• Strong communication skills and a helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints
• Good organizational skills and Strong time management skills
• Proven experience as a billing executive

Note: Immediate joiners are preferred
