Tele Caller

A reputed Construction Company in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad is looking for a Tele Caller (Only Female) with excellent communication in English, Telugu and Hindi.

Experience: min 2yrs in Real Estate Tele calling

Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 per month

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Location: Banjara Hills, Road.No:12

Facilities Provided: PF, Incentives

Responsibilities:

Outbound/Inbound Calls:

* Make and manage a high volume of outbound/inbound calls daily.

* Engage potential clients and provide information about products, services, or offers.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

* Identify potential customers and explain the benefits of our offerings.

* Convert cold calls into sales opportunities or appointments.

Follow-up:

* Maintain a follow-up schedule to engage leads and drive conversions.

* Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

* Accurately document interactions, updates, and outcomes in the CRM system.

* Maintain updated records of customer information.

Achieve Targets:

* Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead, and sales targets.

Feedback:

* Collect feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and enhance services.

Requirements:

• Graduate
• Ability to clearly convey information and persuade clients.
• Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude, patience, and active listening
• Basic computer knowledge. Especially MS Office Compulsory
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions.
