Front Office Executive

Greetings from RAD Resources.

The upcoming 4 Star Hotel is looking for the Male/Female Front office Executives (Positions: 20) who is responsible for managing the front desk operations efficiently and ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Salary: Rs.20,000/- to Rs.22000/-month

Location: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad

Facilities Provided: PF, ESI

Timings:

Morning shift: 6:00Am to 3:00Pm

Second shift: 2:00pm to 11:00pm

Third shift: 10:00Pm to 7:00Am

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage reservations, check-in, and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest records and room allocation systems.
• Prepare and submit daily reports, including occupancy rates, and guest feedbacks.
• Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to meet guest needs.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel assets.
• Operate the hotel's PMS (Property Management System).
• Manage cash transactions, including handling guest payments, making change, and balancing the front desk cash drawer.

• High level of professionalism and grooming.
