Field Recruiter- Delhi NCR

Responsibilities:

1. Source and recruit waiters and stewards using multiple channels such as databases, social media, job portals, and direct field hiring.

2. Screen and shortlist candidates, conducting interviews via phone, in-person, or at field locations.

3. Build relationships with local institutions, training centers etc to expand sourcing channels.

4. Coordinate hiring drives and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

5. Maintain detailed records of candidate sourcing, interviews, and feedback.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in blue-collar hiring, specifically for roles like delivery boys, waiters or stewards.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including field hiring and leveraging social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates.
• Flexibility to travel extensively for recruitment purposes.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
