Inside Sales Representativ.
1. Work with new and existing customers to identify their requirements in terms of product, quantity and preferred brand.
2. Work closely with the sales, presales and accounts team to draft proposals and purchase orders based on the customers requirements.
3. Tracking various Government websites to identify new tenders released for IT requirements and participating in those tenders.
4. Reading and identifying the requirements listed in a tender along with the scope of work and there after participating in these tenders if viable.
5. Compiling documents required to participate in a tender from the manufacturer and internal teams.
6. Coordinate between the OEM teams and internal teams for technical specifications, pricing and documentation.
7. Negotiating pricing between OEM and distributors.
8. Online/physical tender submission within given timelines.
9. Tracking status of the tenders submitted.
10. Follow-up with customers for purchase order, completion certificate and payments.
11. Coordinate delivery between OEMS, distributors, customers and our internal teams.
12. Maintaining records of OEM, customer and distributor contact details.
13. Maintaining reports and data for the tenders participated in and sales done; including complete details of deals lost.
14. Preparing monthly reports and dashboards.
