Recruiter/ Sr. Recruiter - 2 Openings

• Bachelors degree in any field. HR or Business Administration preferred.
•  3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in BPO/KPO industry.
• Strong understanding of the BPO sector and its workforce needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficient in using recruitment platforms, social media, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Identify, source, and recruit qualified  candidate through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct interviews to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Building Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and drive effective hiring strategies..
• Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with legal and industry regulations.
• Vendor Management.
