RK Worldinfocom - Business Growth Partner (5-8 yrs)

Interface externally with Key Accounts team of the vendor or set of vendors; Responsible for all execution of brand's business at RK World by Liaisoning with relevant stakeholders in RK and ensuring the vendor's results on key metrics like Availability/Fill rates etc. are Best-in-class

Key Deliverables

1. Manage end to end operations-from releasing Pos (Purchase Orders) till IB of stocks at FCs

2. Deal with operational inbound challenges (ISS) and catalogue challenges (Suppression/ Image/EAN mismatch)

3. Deliver maximum product availability for both FBA and One Grocery (Spoke availability)by ensuring healthy inventory level and optimal supply chain set-up

4. Releasing POs as suggested by ISMs and helping them in quick IB of priority ASINs.

5. Appointment securing/ collation/ monitoring: The BGH helps follow up with the vendor's supply chain teams to ensure that all appointments are taken, Manual appointments and standing appointments are shared on time in full. NCNS is minimized

6. Master data maintenance and new Launch support: BGH will coordinate with brand teams, VMs and ISMs to ensure that the seller's ordering master is completely up to date and the PO correctness is 100%. BGH will also closely work for new launches and ensure NPD go-live at earliest. Responsible for Coordinating with VMs for updating of master data changes(Cost transitions, EAN, ASIN attribute changes, etc.)

7. Providing the vendor with Custom Data sets (Inventory, ROOS, SWOOS, Master data, NCNS etc.) - AS per mutual alignment

8. Supply Chain connects -Weekly supply chain connect between Vendor & RK and create semi automated templates for discussing Rep-OOS, ROOS, SWOOS, Unhealthy Inventory, NCNS, and Fill rates. Highlight any challenges faced by vendors during internal connects and ask for help needed from the brand end in external connects.

9. Ensuring all the deal inputs are sourced and configured within the stipulated time

10. Ensure the vendor scorecard is published on a monthly basis and implements a proper mechanism to track & achieve the key metrics like fill rate, Soroos etc

11. Works on the suppression at a regular cadence to ensure all the ASIN of vendor is live 24-7

12. Owns the complete responsibility for all operational work streams like Mixed MRP, Cataloging etc for the vendor

13. Monthly fill rate reconciliation with vendor Supply Chain Team

14. Coordinating with all site SPOCs (Called BDMs) for operational-related issues and for process/metrics improvement

15. PO and ASIN level tracking during BAU and rigorously during ART/Sale

16. Good relations with internal (ISM, VM, Ops, FC teams, etc.) and external (distributors/vendor) teams forgetting issues resolved and to be unable to convince them if any immediate help is needed

Basic Qualifications

a) Master's degree in any discipline (Preferably MBA graduates)

b) 4-7 years of experience in data-driven business operations processes where associates are required to handle large volume of data as part of their daily tasks and take decisions based on analysis of such data

c) Experience in procurement processes such as placing PO, working on lead time and knowledge is a plus

d) Experience in e-Commerce/Hi-tech/Retail industry/ MCG

e) Comfortable working with data and taking data driven decisions.

f) Ability to think both strategically and tactically and to drive execution. Should be equally comfortable with long term planning and day to day progress tracking and execution.

g) Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast paced environment.

Skills

h) Strong written and spoken communication skills

i) Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite

j) Advanced Excel skills

k) Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

l) High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
