Immediate requirement For Tech Services Analyst

Role & responsibilities

1) Technicians must possess a wide range of technical skills and knowledge, including knowledge of computer hardware and software, operating system, networks and security compliance.

2) Knowledge in windows 10/11 OS installation.

3) Knowledge in remote troubleshooting such as Dameware, LogMein.

4) Hands on experience in HAM & SAM.

5) Shall be part of project execution

6) Maintain SLAs in resolving technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

Graduate degree or equivalent in electronics/computer science

Technical Qualifications

1) MCP Certification, A very good knowledge in windows & MAC platforms. Hands on experience in backup & restoration.

2) Hands on experience in handling video conferencing support and troubleshooting, experience in OS deployment, VDI, Citrix.

Experience

Minimum of 2 - 6 years of experience in end user computing.

Work Schedule

Ability to work in flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts (24*7 coverage)
