About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Dev Lead specializing in backend development with Node.js and Golang. The ideal candidate will lead backend development efforts, mentor a team of developers, and ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership:
  
• Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.
• Backend Development:
  
• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Node.js and Golang.
• Create and optimize APIs, microservices, and backend workflows for performance and scalability.
• Ensure the backend architecture aligns with modern development standards and best practices.
• Collaboration:
  
• Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Process Optimization:
  
• Implement coding standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, optimizing performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and frameworks to improve development processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Node.js and Golang.
• Proven experience in leading and managing backend development teams.
• Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, database design, and system integration.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools for backend systems.
