Job Description: Senior Consultant - Infrastructure, Security, and Networking
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with expertise in infrastructure, security, and networking to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a deep understanding of data platforms, and experience with modern infrastructure tools and Azure services. This role will involve designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure solutions that support complex applications and data-driven platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure and scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Develop and manage networking solutions with a focus on performance and security.
• Work with Data Platforms and associated technologies to support enterprise-level solutions.
• Leverage GitHub and Bicep templates for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate deployment processes.
• Implement and manage monitoring systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Integrate and configure Azure services such as EventHub, Azure Data Factory, Redis Cache, and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize infrastructure performance and ensure seamless integration with applications and data services.

Primary Skills

1. Networking Expertise:
• Advanced knowledge of networking concepts and practices.
• Experience in designing and managing network infrastructure for Data Platforms.

1. Infrastructure Development:
• Proficiency with Bicep templates for infrastructure deployment.
• Experience with generic infrastructure solutions and monitoring tools.

1. Azure Services:
• Hands-on experience with:
• EventHub
• Azure Data Factory
• Redis Cache
• PostgreSQL

• Optional experience with Azure Data Bricks (EDH hosting) and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) is a plus.

Secondary Skills

• Proficiency in advanced Azure Networking configurations.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Bricks (EDH hosting) and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) for big data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in infrastructure, security, and networking roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate
• Other relevant Azure or networking certifications
