Lead - Backend Developer

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of backend developers.
• Build and maintain the backend (server-side systems) using Node.js and Java.
• Develop and optimize APIs to enable communication between different systems.
• Ensure applications can handle large amounts of data and users efficiently.
• Work with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL to store and retrieve information.
• Implement secure login and authentication systems (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• Debug and fix issues to keep applications running smoothly.
• Work on Proof of Concepts (POCs) to explore new and better ways of developing software.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

What You Need:

✅ Strong experience in backend development using Node.js and Java.
✅ Experience leading a development team and managing projects.
✅ Understanding of APIs, microservices, and backend system architecture.
✅ Hands-on experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
✅ Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
✅ Ability to develop and test new ideas (POCs) to improve project execution.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
