Here we go, We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer proficient in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka. You will work as part of a dynamic team to design, develop, and maintain backend services that power the companys products. Youll play an essential role in enhancing our microservices architecture and ensuring the smooth handling of real-time data processing with Kafka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build microservices that are scalable, reliable, and reusable.
• Leverage Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architecture.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and design patterns.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other teams to integrate backend services and ensure smooth operations. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure the quality of software.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for better performance.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and tools in backend development.
  
  Required Skills:
  
• Core Java (Java 8 or higher) with deep knowledge of OOP principles.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Framework for building microservices.
• Hands-on experience in developing microservices and working with RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Kafka for building real-time streaming solutions.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
