Talent Acquisition Manager

Reporting to the SVP Employee Experience, you will be joining a team who is incredibly passionate about what they do. As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be an experienced professional responsible for determining staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies and leading employment branding initiatives. They excel in full cycle recruiting, possess strong sourcing skills and ensure positive candidate experience

Role & responsibilities

• Manage, forecast & deliver capacity planning for QXAS - UK within QX Global group.
• Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future job opening, by leading all sourcing strategies.
• Implement best in class recruitment process, skills based & assessment tools to drive Quality Excellence.
• Manage our external partnerships.
• Take steps to ensure a world class positive candidate experience.
• Organise and attend career fairs, recruitment drives or other events to attract best talent.
• Measure key recruitment metrics & manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters.
• Use metrics to create reports and identify of improvement
• Proficient in sourcing techniques
