Roles and Responsibilities

Conducts candidate sourcing and application screening, designs and implements recruitment strategy, interviews, negotiates offers with candidates, and assists with facilitation of the onboarding of new employees.

Demonstrated credibility with business leaders; strong consulting skills, a positive attitude, and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.

Ability to hold good conversation with the passive and active candidates and ability to converse with the senior profiles or roles such as Heads/VPs etc.
