We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our IT services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our IT solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning :
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and client needs to identify opportunities.
Lead Generation and Sales :
- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients into long-term business partners.
- Generate leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, digital outreach, etc.).
- Create and present compelling proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.
Client Relationship Management :
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as a point of contact for key accounts and address their business challenges with innovative IT solutions.
Collaboration with Teams :
- Work closely with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
Contract Negotiations :
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring company profitability.
- Manage and oversee contract execution and compliance.
Performance Monitoring :
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide updates to senior management.
- Monitor progress towards targets and adjust strategies as needed.
Market Research :
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands.
- Provide insights to enhance the company's offerings and competitive position.
