Revenue & Profitability Management: Develop and execute account plans, ensuring revenue targets are met.
Market & Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including marketing, product, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless client experiences.
Key Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of experience in client account management within Technology, Management Consulting, Creative, Branding, or SaaS industries.
Proven track record in demand and lead generation, cold calling, and driving B2B sales .
Strong presentation skills and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
Prior experience in consulting roles and handling large deal sizes .
Expertise in drafting compelling proposals and working with bidding platforms .
Deep understanding of technology, design, and marketing .
Strong storytelling ability to craft persuasive sales narratives.
Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales cycles, and account planning methodologies .
