Job Description
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Fast learner with a passion for Sales
- Prior experience in cold calling or inside sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with Solution Selling Methodology in a B2B model is a plus
- Experience with IT sales is preferred, but not mandatory
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Persistent, dedicated, and hardworking
- Ability to develop relationships with C-level executives
- Identify and generate leads through outbound cold calling , networking, social media, and follow-ups on inbound inquiries .
- Conduct thorough research on accounts , pinpoint key stakeholders, and build interest in the solution.
- Schedule and set up meetings with potential clients to explore opportunities.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and requirements , and aligning them with our offerings.
- Maintain and grow a robust database of prospective clients.
- Deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches to capture the interest of potential customers.
- Develop and submit well-crafted proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with channel partners to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Work closely with team members to share insights, strategies, and achieve collective success
