Job Description
- Overseeing and managing the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams. Providing strategic direction and mentorship to team members. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support the companys

- Maintaining and updating employee records in accordance with legal and company requirements.
- Developing and overseeing performance management processes, employee engagement and retention practices.
- 4. Growth Strategies: Designing and implementing people growth strategies aligned with company goals. Fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Creating and managing career development programs and succession planning.
- 5. Culture and Engagement: Championing and enhancing the company culture, ensuring it reflects our values and
- mission. Developing and executing initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction. Leading efforts to maintain a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
- 6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Managing and mitigate HR-related risks, including handling of employee grievances and
- Required Skills and Competencies 6 - 7 years into People function. Experience of working with at least one young start up. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
