Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller at Quickensol IT Solutions LLP. Pune. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote products/services. The Tele Caller will also handle incoming calls from customers, resolve inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, Marathi and Hindi languages
- Bachelors degree in any field (IT Backgroud preferred)
- Salary and commission over and above your sales target.
