Director - Valuations - Sector Agnostic (8-12 yrs)

- Leading the business valuations team to develop as well as assess the valuation methodology and assumptions utilized in estimating fair value of business / equity.

- End to end execution of valuation engagements including PPA , Goodwill impairment.

- Performing audit reviews and appraising third party valuation reports. Business valuations utilizing multiple approaches including Income Approach (DCF), Market Approach. Developing detailed financial model comprising projections, scenarios, peer analysis and comparable transaction analysis to develop a valuation estimate.

- Developing range of cost of equity, cost of debt, cost of preference share capital and ultimately estimating WACC. Report writing to illustrate the valuation process and assumption
