Organizational Effectiveness Lead

In this role, you will get an opportunity to design future people practices for Quest Global, work collaboratively with Questians globally, learn the nuances of how to create minimal viable solutions and iterate and deliver a global world class experience. You will get an opportunity to build internal and external to get diverse perspectives that would go into design.

What would you do in this role?

• Design Future-Ready People Practices Work with the Head of Organizational Effectiveness and the Senior leaders at Quest Global to develop a career framework defining role architecture & career paths.
• Work on key people policies which drive performance enablement.
• Navigate Ambiguity & Drive Change Thrive in evolving environments, connect the dots between business strategy and workforce capabilities.
• Leverage Data & Insights Analyze data to help zone in on what are the top areas to be addressed in the selected areas of focus .
• Influence & Collaborate Across Networks Engage internal and external stakeholders to bring fresh thinking and innovative solutions.
