Head PR

The Head of PR at AstaGuru will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the companys strategies related to Public Relations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the art and luxury market, possess excellent communication skills and will be adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, influencers and key stakeholders.

Your role encompasses of the following -

Develop and Implement PR Strategies : Create and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance AstaGurus brand image and reputation. Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR efforts with overall marketing goals.

Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key journalists, editors and influencers in the art and luxury sectors. Proactively pitch stories and secure media coverage in top-tier publications, both online and offline.

Content Creation : Develop compelling press releases, articles and other written materials to effectively communicate AstaGurus key messages. Oversee the creation of engaging and shareable content for various platforms.

Event Coverage : Plan and execute successful PR for events, including exhibitions and other relevant activities. Coordinate media attendance and coverage for events.

Crisis Management : Develop and implement crisis communication plans to effectively handle any potential PR challenges. Act as a spokesperson for the company in times of crisis.

Brand Positioning : Work closely with senior management to define and refine AstaGurus brand positioning in the market. Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels.

Qualifications-

Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a senior PR role, preferably within the art, luxury, or auction industry.
Strong network of media contacts and influencers.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Crisis management experience.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
