Job Description


Job Requirements
Manage the Drilling & wells team with Humility, Hunger & Aspiration to build larger teams. Working Knowledge on following is preferred:
- Work on drilling data parameters, well-heads, casing and valves integrity
- Read Drilling plans, Drilling logs (CBL-VDL, Gamma Ray, Resistivity, Neutron etc. . )
- Manage, interpret, and integrate data associated with Critical Valves Testing conducted at site
- Monitor cuttings re-injection into the well for disposal purposes
- Work closely with production engineering teams to monitor
- Create and maintain up-to-date support documentation and troubleshooting logs.
- Database management using SharePoint other Document Control Databases
- Validate Well Production surveillance data.
- To write reports on investigations/findings in accordance with the scope and send for review.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports

Domain Knowledge
1. Experience in Oil and Gas industry (Upstream- Conventional)
2. Exposure to Wells Engineering/ Drilling Field operations/ Workover techniques and Upstream Facilities Engineering activities
3. Knowledge of installing different types of packers is added advantage
4. Strong knowledge on reading Completion schematics, details of completion jewelry, etc
5. Having exposure to well repair related work-over activities (like cementing repair, perforation activities etc. . ) is added advantage

Soft Skills / Personality Traits
1. Good Communication skills - Makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens effectively; clarifies information as needed.
2. Ability to handle discussions /communications independently
3. Works in a Collaborative environment
4. Good planning and prioritization skills.
