Hiring :
Collect the JD of all the skill sets which includes current open positions as well the existing capabilities/WFs from respective Program owners
Evaluate the JD and make standardization and simplification to attract right talent. This needs to be signed off by technical community
Create a centralized database for open positions and live tracking of fulfillment. This shall include service details, requester, skill level, QG band and required date of fulfillment. Ideally, we need to fetch this data from Aspire and start monitoring. Till the tool is fully efficient, we need to maintain our own database.
Making a strategy for fulfilling open positions by identifying the right companies, industries, and locations.
Evaluating the behaviors and cultural alignment of engineers hired at all levels
Proactive hiring which includes lateral hires and off-campus to be maintained at 5% for each program
Working closely with TAT and BGC function for smooth and early onboarding of the offered candidates
All concerns and escalations with respect to hiring and onboarding to be managed and solved amicably
Weekly and monthly reporting/dashboard to be shared with all stakeholders
Research of market to understand catchment and talent availability.
Slicing & dicing the hiring , onboarding data to have hidden insights.
Developing always ready plan for niche & leadership positions
Work with Sales & CMs to ensure the requirements & hiring plan are in line with campaign
Onboarding & Training :
All the new joiners must undergo structured training before deployment to respective program/teams
Work closely with training coordinator to ensure the new joiners (fresher & lateral hire ) complete the trainings as per the plan before deployment
Employee Engagement :
Create a roster for employee engagement events throughout the year
Plan and conduct all the events which includes cultural events, sports events, and fun at work
Consider women engineers participation in all the events
Prepare the budget and get it approved before the event
Publish all the happenings in Viva Engage and other social media approved by marketing team
Engineering degree in Mechanical
15+ years of oil gas experience in related industry (Onshore/Offshore segment)
Should have sound knowledge on Oil & Gas upstream and downstream
Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams
Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
