Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum 5 year of experience in Oil Gas industry.
- Good knowledge of Machinery and Machinery maintenance.

- Minimum 5 year of experience in Oil Gas industry.
- Proven experience in change management, preferably in the oil gas industry.
- Field experience in oil gas projects and their unique challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using change management tools and software.
