Job Summary
The Change Management Coordinator (CMC) is responsible for the daily management of the change request process, reviews, scheduling, and approvals. Additionally, this role will consult and support all Bread Financial Associates on change management in all environments. The CMC will also be responsible for documenting, monitoring, and driving change initiatives and adherence to audit standards and guidelines. This role will assist and support all areas within the organization through change improvements. Essential Job Functions:
Documentation - Create and maintain change management documentation, including action plans and tracking data. Gather information and understand business process and procedures. Track and report change status and issues to management. Ensure updates to training materials identified through the change management process are communicated in a timely manner. Ensure applicable policies, procedures and job aids are updated timely when changes are required.
Change Management - Provide pro-active follow up with change requestors to ensure timely incorporation of agreed upon changes. Provide support by researching related subjects for various changes. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Ensure cradle-to-grave for successful changes in the Change Enablement/Service transition lifecycle.
Reporting and Meetings - Produce reports on change initiatives including reporting through dashboards and other data visualization methods. Participate in annual policies and procedures reviews. Organize and host change management meetings. Participate in the Change Advisory Board meetings. Work with the incident and problem management team.

Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements:
- Normal office environment.
- Some travel may be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 + years of experience working in change/release management.
- Experience working with ITSM organizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, computer science or related STEM field of study.
- Certification(s): ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification, ITIL v3 Service Transition intermediate certification, ITIL v4 Create certification, Deliver and Support certification, or High Velocity IT certification.
- Experience driving change initiatives with change enablement / service transition lifecycle.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- ServiceNow Experience and Knowledge - change module, CAB workbench.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules on a short-term and long-term basis.
- Ability to make informal and formal presentations, inside and outside the organization; speaking before assigned team or other groups as needed.
- Ability to deal with complex, difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision while performing duties.
- Ability to work independently and with a variety of subject matter experts.
- Ability to work in a Regulatory framework.
