Job Summary
As a Change Management Specialist at WN Infotech, you will playa pivotal role in facilitating organizational change initiatives to drivesuccessful adoption of new technologies, processes, and strategies. You willdevelop and implement change management plans, assess organizational readiness,and engage stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and maximum benefitsrealization. Your focus will be on fostering a culture of change resilience andempowering employees to embrace transformational efforts.
Your Role and Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to developcomprehensive change management strategies and plans.
  2. Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks andopportunities associated with proposed changes.
  3. Engage with key stakeholders to build awareness, understanding,and support for change initiatives.
  4. Develop and deliver communication plans, training materials, andresources to facilitate change readiness and adoption.
  5. Implement feedback mechanisms to gather input and addressconcerns throughout the change process.
  6. Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders ineffectively leading their teams through periods of change.
  7. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change managementactivities, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change resiliencewithin the organization.
  9. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensurealignment of change management efforts with broader organizational goals.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on change management bestpractices and methodologies.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  1. Proven experience in change management, organizationaldevelopment, or related fields.
  2. Strong understanding of change management principles,methodologies, and tools.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute change managementplans in complex organizational environments.
  5. Proficiency in analysing organizational culture and dynamics toinform change strategies.
  6. Experience in developing and delivering training programs andmaterials.
  7. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with afocus on driving positive outcomes.
  8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentwith competing priorities.
Qualification & Experience Required
  1. Bachelor s degree in organizational psychology, businessadministration, human resources, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience in change management ororganizational development roles.
  3. Experience leading change initiatives within technology-drivenorganizations is preferred.
  4. Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholderrelationships and driving change adoption.
  5. Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is aplus.
  6. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master s) in a relevant disciplineis desirable.
