Job Description
Project Manager for leading the cross functional team for life cycle management programs for Capital Medical Devices with agreed scope/budget/schedule with high quality deliverables.
In this role, you are responsible for:
- Planning, leading, and tracking LCM project or sub-project.
- Managing incremental changes or portfolio extensions supporting current business
- Achieving project scope and objectives while balancing schedule, cost, quality, requirements and keeping abreast of developments in project management tools and processes as well as technical domain
- Managing projects ensuring execution is in line with project guidelines and directives
- Establish strong operating mechanisms to track progress, identify issues, overcome obstacles, and define recovery plans.
- Works with Quality and Regulatory to ensure the program is fully compliant with the customer quality system, FDA design controls, and global regulatory agency requirements.
- Manage risks in the project(s).
- Manage the internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Managing and Reporting of key KPIs to senior management
- Coaching and Supporting team members
Work Experience
Youre the right fit if:
B.E/B.Tech (Electronics/ Mechanical/ Bio Medical with 8+ yearsrelevant experience, including >3 years Project Management.
- Hands-on experience in leading medical devices / products development / life cycle management projects.
- Software project management experience will be a plus.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of medical device regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication skills and handling of stakeholders
- Strong technical background in RD engineering disciplines (e.g. electronics, mechatronics).
- Excellent integral (cross functional) stakeholder/perception management skills.
- Strong leadership competencies.
- CAPM/PMP Certification is a plus
