Senior Technical Program Manager ( Sakshi )

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:
  Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
  Coordinate and manage activities across multiple teams, including engineering, product management, operations, and other departments, to ensure successful program execution.
• Risk Management:
  Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues and ensure program resilience.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Act as the primary point of contact for program-related communications. Provide regular updates to senior leadership, stakeholders, and team members on program status, progress, and challenges.
• Technical Expertise:
  Utilize your technical background to understand complex systems and provide guidance on technical decisions. Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Process Improvement:
  Continuously improve program management processes, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentorship and Leadership:
  Mentor junior program managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

• Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technology projects.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale programs.
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience With Java and J2EE programming Language.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development, systems architecture, or related areas.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other program management methodologies.
• Leadership Skills:
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving:
