VCP Program Leader

Role Summary : VCP Program Leader

BE/ B Tech in Mechanical, Electrical , Electronics or equivalent

Min. 8+ years\ experience in Product development engineering domain with last 3-5 yrs of demonstrated program management skills on multiple projects end to end.

Build plans for each and every project/program, own execution and prepare framework for review with leaders regularly.

Active involvement in PI planning and participation in daily standups

Active involvement in CT system level activities to ensure system integration and support with documentations in compliance to QMS requirements

Work with cross-functional team to ensure execution of projects as per plan, highlight risks if any.

Work and interact with suppliers, manufacturing, SQE to manage the supplier deliveries and schedule for component procurements.

Work with Bay/lab leader for booking of labs as needed.

Track the expenses under various projects and co-ordinate with PM for the budget.

Managing the PO requests to be raised and renewals.

Proficiency with MS project, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for Analysis and dashboard creation of KPI.
