Job Description
- Configuration management , excel, reporting
- Be the FPOC (First Point of Contact) for CMDB day to day activities
- CMDB stakeholder KPI governance report analysis and optimisation
- Part of CMDB new enhancement discussion and road map
- CMDB internal governance report analysis for overall health, defects or issues
- Act as deputy for CMDB Manager on implementation of the CMDB Roadmap
- Provide regular status updates on performance and challenges
- Identify and implement CMDB simplification methods for single source of truth and better IS&T User adaption
- Initiate various governance meetings with CMDB Stakeholders, IS&T architects , Operation Owners , partners
- Ensure quality UAT checks on the CMDB enhancements developed by Service now architects
