Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager - Healthcare IT
Preferred work location: Bangalore /Trivandrum
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of healthcare IT solutions, focusing on commercial application deployment, integration, and support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex technical projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless customer experience in healthcare devices domain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight for the deployment, integration, and support of healthcare commercial applications and associated infrastructure.
2. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
3. Cross-Functional Team Leadership : Collaborate with stakeholders, including DevOps, CloudOps, and NetOps teams, to ensure successful project execution.
4. Customer Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance, support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Technical Expertise: Provide expertise in firewall configuration, port management, and network security (DMZ, S2S, Cloud).
6. Domain Expertise: Experience in healthcare IT systems like EHR, EMR, PACS etc. and its integration scenarios. Knowledge about the security and compliance requirements for healthcare scenarios. A good understanding of various standards like HL7, DICOM, HIPPA etc. will also be an added advantage.
6. Support and Maintenance: Oversee L1 and L2 support operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and proactive monitoring of infrastructure and application alerts.
7. Stakeholder Communication: Develop and execute effective communication plans for incident management, planned changes, and project updates.
8. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
