In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing a robust Talent Management framework. Your responsibilities will include identifying talent, crafting development plans, and executing impactful learning interventions to enhance employee skills and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) in alignment with organizational goals and leadership requirements.

- Develop and execute comprehensive training plans in collaboration with the leadership team.

- Identify and manage internal/external trainers for various programs, ensuring timely execution.

- Curate and update training content, collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs.

- Implement a Talent Management framework, focusing on high-potential employee development.

- Track training processes, maintain records, and analyze ROI to enhance training effectiveness.

Experience:

- 8-10 years of experience in training delivery, talent management, or learning and development.

- Proficiency in conducting training needs assessments based on Competency Assessment.
