Business Head - IT Infrastructure Products (15-16 yrs)

Role Overview:

- The Business Head will be responsible for driving the growth of the IT Infrastructure product business to achieve a revenue target of Rs 600 Cr in next 3 years This role carries a P&L responsibility and will focus on building and scaling the business, developing a robust sales and go-to-market (GTM) strategy, driving gross margins, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to scale the IT Infrastructure product division to Rs 600 Cr revenue.

- Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and key market trends.

P&L Ownership:

- Take full ownership of the business unit's P&L, including revenue, costs, and profitability targets.

- Optimize operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth.

Sales & GTM Strategy:

- Design and implement a robust sales and GTM strategy to penetrate target markets.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Team Building & Leadership:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and operations.

- Foster a results-oriented and customer-focused culture.

Roadmap Development:

- Define and drive the long-term roadmap for the IT Infrastructure product portfolio.

- Ensure alignment with the overall group strategy and objectives.

Financial Performance:

- Drive gross margin improvements through pricing, cost optimization, and operational excellence.

- Ensure adherence to financial goals and budgets.

Key Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure or related industries.

- Proven track record of scaling business units and managing P&L responsibilities.

- Strong expertise in sales, GTM strategies, and business development.

- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in managing large-scale IT Infrastructure products.
