Senior Android Developer - Jetpack Component (7-10 yrs)

JOB DETAIILS :

Title - Senior Android Developer

Experience - 7+ yrs, Relevant should be 5+ yrs

Location - Bangalore, CV Raman Nagar

Work Mode - Hybrid

Notice period - Immediate joiner only

Responsibilities :

1) Partner closely with engineering managers, product managers, designers, engineers, etc. to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs w.r.t functionality, performance, reliability, realistic implementations schedules and adherence to development goals and principles.

2) Provide technical and domain thought-leadership and mentoring to other members of the team.

3) Deliver code in an agile team environment.

4) Review and approve software design and implemented code.

5) Identify areas of technical improvement and make detailed business cases for improvements or new areas of opportunities.

6) Maintain and enhance the existing architectural documentations and create the new one as needed.

Job Requirement :

1) Strong problem-solving skills and being open minded about solving a technical problem in more than one way.

2) Ability to work on different applications with quick context switching and being able to debug complicated applications with relative ease.

3) Excellent verbal and writing skills; ability to produce clear, concise communications and documentation.

4) Highly effective at working in cross-functional groups and getting results in geographically distributed matrix organisations

5) Kotlin hands on experience 3 to 4 years

6) Jetpack Compose hands on 2+

7) Unit test and UI test hands on experience (JUnit and Espresso framework etc) 5 + years

8) Hand on experience on Android Jetpack component - 2 to 3 years

9) Minimum 6+ years of development experience (Good to have experience in building the app from scratch)

10) Should have experience on android clean architecture

11) Should have hands on working experience on Reactive programming like RxJava/RxAndroid and Dependency Injection framework (Koin or Hilt Library)2 to 3 Years)

13) Should have experience on scalable architectures
