As a Data Analyst in our B2B coaching and consulting business, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to support business growth strategies.

Your role will involve working closely with various teams to extract actionable insights from data, helping business owners optimize their operations and achieve their goals.

You will play a key role in identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and key metrics.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

- Utilize statistical techniques and data mining methods to analyze data and predict future trends.

- Prepare and present findings to management, making data-driven recommendations for business improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven projects and initiatives.

- Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data validation and cleansing.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Skills Required :

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau(Optional) & Looker studio(Optional).

- Good hands-on experience on Python (Matplotlib, Pandas, Data cleaning & Data pipeline creation) is required.

- Good analytical and statistical skills, with experience in data modeling and predictive analytics.

- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.

- Experience in data visualisation and creating impactful reports.

- Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
