Role: Senior Inside Sales Executive / Sr Lead Generation Specialist

About Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Inside Sales Executive or Sr Lead Generation Specialist to
drive our sales efforts and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will excel in setting
and meeting sales targets, formulating effective sales strategies, and cultivating strong client
relationships. As a Senior Inside Sales Executive or Sr Lead Generation Specialist, you will also
play a key role in mentoring and training junior sales staff, ensuring consistently meets its sales
goals, and contributing to overall sales performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
â Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
and market demands.
â Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
â Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
and retention.
â Set and monitor individual and team sales goals to ensure alignment with company
objectives.
â Drive the team to achieve and surpass sales quotas through effective leadership and
motivation.
â Track sales metrics and generate regular performance reports for senior management.
â Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall team
performance.
â Mentor and develop junior sales representatives, providing guidance and support to
enhance their skills and performance.
â Implement best practices and utilize sales tools and technologies to streamline
operations.
â Stay informed about industry developments, new products, and market changes.
Skills & Qualifications :
â Graduation/Post-Graduation in relevant field
â 3+ years of previous working experience as Lead Generation Specialist.
â In-depth knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
â Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
â Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
â Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
â Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
â Strong analytical and organizational skills.
â Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and sales challenges.
â Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
