Regular update on daily collection and able to report tricky collection cases to sort and find a resolution within a stipulated time, DSO understanding and have worked over to reduce DSO days, strong team collaboration and connects with customer contacts, ability to drive and physical meeting with customer with an intent to faster the collection cycle and a Problem solver.

Job Description

• Corporate Collection Follow ups.
• Should be strong in Excel -MIS for debtors and other collection data.
• Balance confirmation with client.
• Should be able to manage the Team's expectation.
• Regular update on complex collection cases to sort and find a resolution within a stipulated time.
• DSO understanding and have worked over to reduce DSO days.
• Strong team collaboration and Strong hold on connects with customer contacts.
• Ability to derive and physical meeting with customer with an intent to faster the collection cycle .
