Test Engineer

Broking background. Manage testing efforts for multiple projects, including test planning, execution, and reporting. Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. Manage test teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance. Coordinate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment on testing priorities. Analyze test results, identify trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders effectively. Drive the resolution of defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Monitor and report on testing progress, including test coverage, defect status, and project timelines. Mentor team members, providing guidance and support in test planning, execution, and analysis.
