Qualitykiosk Technologies is looking for Sales Solutioning Consultant to work on Pre-Sales & Sales activities in US markets.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ROLE:

1)10+yrs of experience in Sales/ Presales solutioning in US markets.

2)Hands on or Pre-sales experience in testing/process automation in multiple domains would be desirable. (BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing)

3)Should have handled small and large deals from a solutioning perspective in a client facing role.

4)Willing to work in US time zone.

5)Should be open to travel across and meet clients.

6)Should be flexible to relocate to US if needed.


POSITION STATEMENT:

Sales Solutioning Consultant functions as the inspirational and technical point of contact for the Sales organization. The position also serves as the primary contact for delivery teams from pre-sales perspective. The incumbent will be involved in enabling sales with consultative selling approach as well as own the proposals created, articulate and defend the solution with both internal and client stakeholders in case of an RFP. He/She will also ensure smooth transition of the deals from Sales stage to execution stage.

The ability to understand a clients portfolio, research on their stated and unstated needs, develop selling propositions as hypothesis, help in pitching it to clients, refine it further, come up with the right solution strategy while working with disparate teams is the key hallmark of the role.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Good Command over written and spoken English

- Good knowledge of MS Office especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word

- Hands on experience in Testing / Test Automation for at least 5 years would be preferred

- Should have handled small and large deals from a solutioning perspective

- Should have experience of client projects, preferably onsite / in client premises

- Hands on or Pre-sales experience in testing/process automation in multiple domains would be desirable.

- Hands or Pre-sales experience on automation / process automation tools


REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

- Understanding of end-to-end testing process / post go live services / process automation and documenting the same is a critical competency.

- Good understanding of at least one vertical from the following Banking, insurance, healthcare

- Experience of pitching at CxO levels

- Good articulation and analysis skills is a must for the role

- Knowledge of latest testing tools / platforms

- Experience in pre-sales, proposal making, presenting the solutions to the clients would be an added advantage

- Understanding of different commercial and engagement models including TCoE

- Understand different effort estimation methodologies and apply them to specific proposals is critical skill for the role

- Client handling experience is essential


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ability to abstract understanding from prospect/client discussions

- Analyze RFP / Requirements

- Prepare Solution and articulate a winning proposition

- Own effort estimation and deal governance

- Engage with BU teams to initiate approvals

- Contribute to case studies, marketing collateral. Work with BUs for this

- Work with sales teams and construct value propositions as hypothesis that can be tested and converted into specific deals

- Defend the solution with the internal and external stakeholders including any aspects on efforts / methodologies / approach among others


PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelors in Engineering / Science / Commerce / Management

- ISTQB Foundation and Advanced Preferred

- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies with a certification like PMP / Prince 2

- Certification on RPA Tools would be mandatory for Principal Consultants handling Process Automation solutioning.
