Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead - Solutioning and Pre-sales to join our team. This role is pivotal in aligning our innovative technology solutions with the unique business requirements of our clients and prospects.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in AI, analytics, and data solutions, with specialized knowledge in at least one of the following industries : Banking and Financial Services, Manufacturing and Logistics, Insurance, Retail and Consumer Goods, or Life Sciences and Pharma. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
You will collaborate closely with sales leaders, product development teams, and delivery/customer success teams to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solution Development : Collaborate with clients and sales partners to understand their business challenges and objectives, developing tailored AI, analytics, and data solutions to address their needs.
- Pre-sales Engagement : Lead pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, bid management, and product demonstrations, effectively articulating the business value (e.g., ROI) of our offerings to potential clients.
- Bid Management : Partner with sales, delivery, and technology teams to create compelling proposals and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) with well-structured solutions.
- Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AI and analytics to enhance solution development and positioning.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 6 years of experience in a pre-sales or solution architecture role within the technology sector, with a focus on AI, analytics, or data solutions.
- Proven track record of leading successful pre-sales engagements and delivering client-centric solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and data management concepts.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
